01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the slotspk platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, cricket betting markets, live dealer tables, and all associated services — you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and slotspk. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the slotspk platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply to all users of slotspk, including players based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, and all other cities and regions of Pakistan.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to slotspk's real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by law in a manner that would make your use of slotspk unlawful.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from slotspk or any affiliated gaming platform.

slotspk reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time during the player's account lifecycle, not only at registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by slotspk may result in account restriction or closure.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on slotspk, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• One Account Only: Each player may register and maintain only one active slotspk account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your correct date of birth, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotspk Login credentials. • Contact Details: You must keep your registered contact details up to date at all times. slotspk may use your registered mobile number or email address to send important account, security, and transaction notifications.

slotspk reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason, in its sole discretion. Accounts that are found to have been registered with false or incomplete information may be closed at any time with winnings voided.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on slotspk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: slotspk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, bank transfer, and debit/credit card. Supported methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in PKR at the cashier. slotspk does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by slotspk within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and any pending KYC verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: slotspk may require withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable payment provider capabilities.
• Identity Verification Prerequisite: slotspk will not process any withdrawal request until the player's identity has been verified to the platform's satisfaction in accordance with its KYC procedures.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

slotspk offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and cashback offers to eligible Pakistani players from time to time. The following terms apply universally to all slotspk bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms at point of offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to receive or wager bonus funds.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your slotspk account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is pending wagering may result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: slotspk reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses where it determines that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

slotspk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.

06 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on slotspk, including cricket betting, slot play, live dealer games, fishing games, and all other game categories:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the slotspk platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game types and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. Stakes in excess of published maximums may be voided by slotspk.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will only be accepted where the player's PKR account balance is sufficient to cover the full stake amount. Bets placed with insufficient funds will be declined.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket betting markets on slotspk, including PSL, ICC, and bilateral series markets, are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or subject to unusual circumstances, settlement rules as published at the time of bet placement will apply.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, slotspk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' PKR accounts. slotspk's decision in such matters is final.
• Palpable Errors: slotspk reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or on terms that were published in error due to a human or technical mistake, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on slotspk and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one slotspk account, whether under your own identity or using a third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any identity verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on slotspk.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over slotspk.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes in slotspk's platform to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the slotspk platform, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your slotspk account.
• Attempting to circumvent slotspk's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion or deposit limit restrictions.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

slotspk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for the following reasons, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 above.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or court order.
• At the player's own voluntary request to close their account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, slotspk reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their slotspk account should contact the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any eligible balance returned accordingly.

09 Responsible Gaming

slotspk is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Pakistani players. Gaming on slotspk is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their account at any time via the responsible gaming section. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders that notify them when a specified gaming duration has been reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and six weeks during which their account will be temporarily suspended from real-money play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gaming has become problematic may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

slotspk collects and processes personal data provided by Pakistani players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

By creating a slotspk account, you consent to slotspk collecting, storing, and processing your personal data — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, and transactional data — for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement.

slotspk does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary for the operation of the platform — for example, with payment processors such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa for transaction processing — or where required by law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the slotspk platform — including but not limited to the slotspk brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of slotspk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the slotspk platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish any slotspk content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any slotspk software.
• Use slotspk branding, trademarks, or content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on slotspk content or software.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slotspk's liability to any player in connection with the use of the slotspk platform shall be limited as follows:

• slotspk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond slotspk's reasonable control.
• slotspk is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account login credentials.
• slotspk does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game, betting market, or platform feature and accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions.
• Under no circumstances shall slotspk be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of a player's use of the platform, regardless of whether slotspk had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute arising between a player and slotspk in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: The player should first contact slotspk's customer support team with full details of the dispute. slotspk will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the initial support response does not resolve the matter to the player's satisfaction, the player may escalate the complaint to slotspk's formal complaints process by emailing the support address with the subject line "Formal Complaint".
• Step 3 — Resolution: slotspk will investigate formal complaints thoroughly and provide a final written response within a reasonable timeframe. slotspk's final decision on operational and gaming matters is binding.

slotspk reserves the right to amend these dispute resolution procedures from time to time. Players are encouraged to review this section periodically.
